Had hygiene treatment today, very satisfied. Teeth feel nice and clean now.

It saddens me to have to write this, however, the attitude I encountered yesterday was not only high handed and discriminatory but totally unwarranted and insulting. I have a chronic disease which causes severe pain and exhaustion after exertion i can become short of breath for a short while, this disease has not and does not affect my BP, lungs or heart. I maybe 72 years old, however, I have full control of all my faculties and am more than capable of making all of my own decisions. It is not for your staff to tell me what i'm capable of. If I feel in any way incapacitated I will tell you. I shouldn't.be open to Dental nurses bullying me about health and safety and receptionist's changing my dentist without my agreement. I am more than capable of climbing a flight of stairs and making the choice to do so. I do not need someone thinking they know better than me. I may be elderly but I am certainly not stupid. I am hoping to meet with the practice manager to discuss this issue further.
Dignity and respect were completely lacking during this visit unfortunately. Also if your staff are going to bully me about Health and Safety it might be helpful if they back it up with a risk assessment.

My husband and I along with our 3 children visited the dentist yesterday. The service is amazing, really happy and children kept at ease.

Took my very elderly mum and myself to Parkway Dental yesterday for check ups and as always they were kind, considerate and very gentle. They never push treatment and are very fair with charging. This is most definitely the best dental surgery around and I know that as I have previously been a dental nurse. Thank you all so much.

I arrived 20 minutes early for my visit. However was waiting over 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Which even a worker commented how long I had been waiting for. I was then called in by the dentist's assistant. I sat in the chair for no longer than 5 minutes to have an examination and a very quick xray. I felt like just a number to the dentist and didn’t feel welcome at all. I even made comment to the dentist I have anxiety however had no comment back. I was in and out, I had to ask questions and it felt so rushed! I was charged a full consultation however queried this as a patient is charged full price if they are late but there is no discount if the dentist is late. I was told nothing could be done. I’m praying this is just a one-off experience as I now feel even more anxious to return for my ongoing treatment.

I'm always anxious about going and being in the dentist but as soon as I'm with the dentist I feel better and relaxed, thanks.

Every staff member interacted with clearly enjoys their job, smiley and bubbly while also calm and polite. Very quick appointment too, though nothing felt rushed at all. Was probably in there for less than 10 minutes total. Was called at exactly the time of the start of my appointment, got my teeth checked, had a small x-ray on one side, a quick discussion about treatment for a small cavity found, then brought to reception to book my next appointment.

Good parking, plenty of spread out waiting chairs, pleasant reception staff and dentists. Hard to see what could be approved.

First visit with Parkview and was greeted by lovely friendly reception & then called earlier.
Dentist Andre's was incredible and wanted to start work straight away to help me.

Excellent service; very quick and efficient and in a very clean and tidy, bright and airy treatment room.

The treatment, customer care, advice and friendliness I received today from the hygienist and dental assistant was excellent, thank you both.

Both Tudor and the nurse were excellent.

The reception when one arrives is warm and welcoming.
Tudor has a good sense of humour, which helps me relax.
I'm a bit scared of dentists so their reactions are an important part of putting me at ease, and I find the practice 1st class.

We are so lucky to be patients of this Dentist surgery. They are so friendly and are very helpful. I went to see Carly the hygienist and even though I have regular appts with the dentist this was the first time I have been to the hygienist for years as I had a bad experience with another dentist. Carly was really caring and patient with me and now I can't believe I have already made another appt with her. I would definitely recommend Carly as she is a fantastic hygienist. All the staff there are so welcoming and all seem interested in their patients. The receptionists are so lovely, but I'd like to mention Holly, she has a way about her that makes you feel ready comfortable, she's so good at her job and really helpful with any queries you may have. Thank you to you all.
