First time for me at this dentist, on arrival my first thoughts were how clean the practice was and also the staff were helpful, polite and I felt at ease with the dentist, leaving very happy and glad I found this dentist.

Dental Check Up

I've always been very nervous on dental visits, even just check ups. Unlike some practices, I have used over the years Parkway are light years ahead for service and professionalism.
Greeted by reception staff who clearly love their jobs due to the friendly welcome and big smiles. Practice is spotlessly clean, light and well aired.
Dentist and assistant very informative, polite and reassuring. A very comforting visit.

Andres is a breath of fresh air

I have never had such enjoyable visits before. Andres makes you feel at ease immediately.
He is pleasant and knows how to have a laugh while you're there. I've always had good treatment and never had cause to complain but to actually look forward to an appointment is something new for me.

Dental Bridge for 4 front teeth

Been with the practice for years. Recently got Andres who was the first dentist ever to suggest I could change my metal denture, which my body was now rejecting and leaving me in a lot of discomfort and pain, for a Bridge. I had been wearing a denture since the age of 20, 54 years ago and Andres could not believe I had been given a denture and not a bridge at such a young age. He suggested the bridge which was fitted today and I am now permanently smiling!

My visit to the dentist

My visit was quick and satisfactory. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and the dentist asked me if I had any problems. He then proceeded to inspect my mouth. Once he had satisfied himself that all was alright, I left after just 15 minutes.

Excellent treatment

I've always gone to the dentist here but was worried about the hygienist as very nervous. I had no reason to be worried as Carly was excellent and she was really patient with me and explained what was going to happen.
The reception staff were all very friendly and chatty.
