Early morning regular check-up appointment
Our visit was early 8.15am, for our regular check up with our very nice dentist. However, we were disappointed to see the unprofessional behaviour of 4-5 ‘dental nurses/receptionists’ behind the reception desk. Loudly chatting about holidays and drunkenness and laughing, sitting on the floor and even doing their hair.

Nikita and her dental nurse (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name) were absolutely incredible. I’ve been so nervous with getting treatment done in the past because of past experiences from other practices and today they put me entirely at ease and went at my pace. So friendly and so polite with one another. Great team. Thank you so much for the treatment, it really has calmed me for future treatments.
