Late and bit rude

Appointment at 12:05. I sat by room door. Heard a lot of laughing and talking. Presumed another patient in there as they running late. Called in 12:17 and no other patient came out. I asked Tudor and nurse if another patient had been in here as they running late and I’ve been left for over 10 mins. They said no, they have paperwork to do. Tudor asked me if I want to reschedule as he’s late. I said no as I was rescheduled last time due to sickness. Tudor muttered “oh well it is what it is” in a rude manner. I’ve gone to Tudor for years and he’s not been rude so not sure why today, maybe a bad day.

Very welcoming and very thoughtful in checking often to see if I was okay or needed a break. Fantastic professional job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Very pleased!

Replace crown and fillings

I had to wait 8 weeks for a follow up appointment for treatment which seemed a long time. Once there appointment was only a few minutes late but 30 mins as told. Everything satisfactory.
