Once again, my experience at Parkway has been first class. The pre-appointment communications and follow ups have been great and the ladies that manage all of this make it all feel seamless. The advice, care and treatment by my dentist and dental nurse have been exemplary as always and I know I am in good hands. I never feel anxious about any treatment because I know the team at Parkway will look after me. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.

This is one of the best dental surgeries I have ever attended. The staff are always polite, smiley and helpful at the front desk which is always nice. Sometimes it is very difficult to get through to the practice by phone which can be frustrating. However, when in for your appointment, it is a nice clean and welcoming place. I have an excellent dentist and an even better hygienist. Emelie is always so happy and welcoming, making you feel at ease. She is exceptionally kind and considerate and will always stop if you have any issues. Thankfully, I never have. Not once has she caused any discomfort. Occasionally, appointments run a little late, but not too often and not too far behind.

Great checkup
I've been going to this surgery for many years. I've always been a very nervous patient but always made to feel relaxed and everything is explained to me. I know I should make a hygienist appointment but still too scared as had a really bad experience years ago at another surgery.

Four glittering crowns
I have had my best dental treatment in all of my 62 years.
No pain, patience, great attention to detail and a fantastic result.
Hyo Jae Chun did a tremendous job replacing my four old crowns after one fell out.
I was extremely anxious but now I couldn’t be happier.

A broken tooth
I was greeted with courtesy and seen by a very competent young man who was unhappy at extracting, the remainder of the tooth because I have high blood pressure and bleed a lot through my nose just recently. He decided to refer me to another practice and I was contacted quite quickly and referred to a practice in Lee Park which has not been inspected by the quality care commission and is not the hospital that your dental surgeon imagined that I would be referred to. I’m not happy at all.
