Fantastic family dentist

Looked at infection in gum

Although everyone was super friendly and efficient, I was in the chair for 1 min where I showed the dentist that my gum was infected. I had asked for antibiotics but was told I needed to see the dentist. I do understand this to a point, but you charge me nearly £26 for 1 minute when I had already advised what it was and I knew I would need anti biotics, seems a bit much? Perhaps offer a phone consultation then ask the patient to book in for a full review once the infection has calmed down. Everyone knows a dentist will not touch a tooth if it is infected.

Tudor is a fantastic person and dentist. I love his stories about what he learnt from his Mum who is also a dentist. He is totally professional, explains everything clearly and has a sense of humour. Receptionists always friendly & helpful.

I haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years due to a previous dental practice mess up. I can safely say I have been completely put at ease coming into Parkway Dentalcaare. Fantastic explanation of what’s needed and good knowledge of how to maintain your smile.

Hygiene clean

The hygienist was so lovely, super kind, polite and encouraging. She was so careful, explained what she was doing when it was a bit sore, checked I was ok and did all she could to make me comfortable. She even took the time to give me advice on my children’s tooth brushing. Such a lovely person and a total asset to the practice!
