I love the new front desk staff, easy to speak to, not argumentative and always try their best to help! This has made me enjoy visiting the dentist surgery now, because before with the old staff I did not want to attend my appointments!

Everyone at Parkway is friendly, approachable and helpful. The premises are spotlessly clean. I broke a tooth and was fitted in with Nikta the very next day, she completely put me at ease and my tooth is fully repaired, thank you all very much

Seen on time, treatment explained clearly. Mouth health check completed and continually checked to make sure I was comfortable as the teeth were cleaned.

New filling

After a short wait, I was welcomed into the surgery and discussed the proposed treatment with the Dentist. After requesting that no painkiller was required, I was made comfortable.
The procedure was carried out promptly with no discomfort, and lasted approx 10 mins.

The treatment was excellent and diagnosed, but had real trouble understanding the dentist due to her very strong accent, at times the medical assistant had to explain, but did get the remedy!

I’m always very nervous of going to the dentist, but my appointment with Hyo Jae Chun this morning was great, he explained everything to me about the treatment I was having today which put me at ease straight away, treatment over in minutes. Great dentist.

Fit crown

Staff at Parkway as fantastic as usual - really friendly, personal service from everyone I interacted with today. Even a smiley, helpful receptionist - which seems to be illegal in most establishments!
It actually feels like Parkway care about providing a good experience, rather than just churning people through the system.
