I went to the Practice early to ask for an emergency appointment. They took the details without delay and made the appointment for later that morning. When I arrived I was seen promptly and on examination, and after being given options of treatment, I took the decision to have the tooth removed. This was completed in a few minutes with little discomfort and no pain. I have not had any pain or problem since and can only praise the Dr Payne and the team for their excellent service and support throughout this process.

Quite a bit of work on a filling was needed and the work lasted almost an hour. The Dentist and Assistant were courteous, professional and gained my early confidence. The task has been a success and I strongly recommend the practice. Thank you.

Highly recommend this practice
Upon arrival the clinic was running on time, so I did not have to wait longer. I was taken to the new dental suite up stairs which was lovely and my dentist was very welcoming and put me at ease very quickly. I do have to return for some treatment in a few weeks and the costs were provided very clearly at the time of booking. I have been with this Dental practice for many years and always feel that I am in the capable hands of professionals. Would highly recommend this practice.

A very quick check up
I was seen very punctually by Chiara. My teeth were examined quickly, without comment except to say I had some plaque and should see the hygienist. An X-ray was taken and I was told to make an appointment with the hygienist. No other information was shared.

Punctual and efficient but little communication
I was seen punctually by Chiara. She examined my teeth without comment, then said “Your teeth are okay there is some plaque and you need to see the hygienist.” I said I’d rather not. She then took an X-ray and said they were alright, but that there was plaque under the gums and I should make an appointment to see the hygienist. An explanation would have been helpful
