Reception staff have been very helpful and accomodating with a lovely friendly approach. Tudor, the dentist, was very honest and gave me different options for treatment with a very good explanation of each with no pressure to choose there and then.

I visited on a Wednesday morning for an 08:30 appointment - I have no issues with the practice, staff or treatment - they are all 100%. My only concern is about the parking. The car park is small and when full, is tight to manoeuvre.

Phoned up the day before for my next check-up appointment and was able to get a slot the very next day! Appointment was just before 7 pm as they offer late-night slots on a few days per week for my shift working and was able to get peace of mind for an issue I had in a super quick time.

Attended the practice for a filling. Dreading the prospect of being numb for hours, to my surprise I was given the choice not to have the injection. All the staff I spoke to were welcoming. I am someone who does not like visiting the dentist to undertake a procedure. Tudor the dentist was reassuring, thoughtful and honest. He explained what he was doing at each stage of the procedure and was very professional. He took time to answer any of my questions. His assistant was also very professional. It was good to see a trusting working relationship. I would feel confident going back to this dentist for any procedures.
