Excellent service all the staff there are very helpful and friendly. I used to be very apprehensive about going to the dentist but since going there iam no longer apprehensive of dentists .I would recommend Parkway Dental care to anyone looking for a Excellent dentist and lovely staff .

Just a vey quick check up, no issues. Tudor and his assistant were very professional, polite and helpful, and made me feel relaxed. My overriding thing to point out is the change from before covid to now. It seems like the staff are under much more time restriction from management as the check-up was way more thorough before and in depth, whereas now it is almost just a very quick look and your done. Not sure why this is?

I tried many times to get through on the phone to book appointments. While in the dentist the staff were chatting amongst each other behind the desk three sometimes four staff. While watching them chat I called your number only to have it go straight to voice mail. I am sure there is a very good reason why the phone is set on permanent answering service however I’m sure you’ll understand it looks unprofessional having staff chat and giggle while the phone remains unanswered also the frustration of having to drive 25 minutes to book an appointment in person because the phone is not answered. My moan is not about the wait time, the cost or information of my treatment but the front of house.

Francis is the best dentist you could wish for. Very caring and puts one at ease. Explains carefully what treatment he is going to do. So that one is aware of what to expect.
