My examination was scheduled for 0830 but I actually received my examination 10 minutes earlier. My dental surgeon was polite and informed me of all possible dental surgery I may require in the future. I was more than pleased with the professionalism carried out by Francis.

So understanding

I was due to have an extraction of several teeth today, but was so nervous that my dentist spoke of other options that I could take, which I chose to take, he was so understanding of how I felt that I came away feeling that I made the right decision.

I was made to feel comfortable had an issue with part of mouth where I’m waiting for an extraction so my hygienist was very mindful of this and understood I’m a nervous patient anyway, she was very kind and understanding, top marks.

3 fillings

Hyo Jae Chun was very nice, told me what he needed to do and why one only anaesthetised. Also the light on his headpiece was interesting when ordinary white light and sometimes 'green'. He didn't try to say too much but was to the point.

Hygienist, very professional

I was due to have my teeth cleaned today but when I arrived I spoke to the Hygienist and told her about an operation I had a couple of weeks ago she was very professional and spoke to the dentist who then said that I would have to wait before I could go ahead with my treatment to get the all clear with my consultant at my next follow up appointment in November.

Tooth extracted

The dentist was very good, he kept me calm and the experience was not as bad has I thought it would be. I have asked to be put forward for implants due to my bone disease, which made my teeth fall out and I suffer with depression due to teeth loss. I have had so many new dentures because none fit well due to the bone loss and I constantly have to apply fixing paste many many times a day due I’ll fitting denture. I did feel a bit like it’s too much hard work to apply for the dentist and I
think I’ll not be put forward. I hope I am wrong and get at least put forward for the implants. Other than that my experience was good and he seems to be a kind and fair dentist. I was with Dr. Cottell for 30 years.
