Professional and polite
This was my first appointment with the new dentist. I felt a thorough check-up had been carried out in a professional and polite manner.
My only criticism with Parkway is that it hasn't been possible to speak to reception staff by phone as they are forever busy. They do respond to emails promptly.

I went for my routine checkup and also reported a broken tooth so the dentist took X-rays and agreed to fill the tooth at another appointment. I don’t remember her checking any of the other of my teeth.

Excellent service - chronic software
As always the service from everyone at Parkway was excellent. But the Dental hub software they use is awful. Very clunky to use (why questions about covid tests and red list countries). Lots of reminders by text and email to make appointments I already have.
