The receptionists are welcoming and efficient. The waiting area is clean and comfortable enough. I have had three dentists since joining in 2002 – all highly skilled. My current dentist, Tudor Leanru, is confidence-inspiring and the various bits of work done over the last few years have been painless, of a high standard, and have lasted without any problems. Given these two decades of experience, I would highly recommend this practice.

Had the usual annual check-up. Apparently no problems though all done without the usual poke around with a pointed instrument, just a finger. Paid £25.80 - went home.

I had to wait four days to have a major filling replaced, despite the pain where it had fallen out. When I was seen, however, I received treatment to address the problem without the annoying return journey which has been routine at this practice previously. I find that advice and the offering of options are meagre. It was mystifying not to be charged (NHS pt), so that has to earn an extra star.

Great dental practice

It is a pleasure to go to this practice as the front desk staff are so polite and helpful. I wouldn't swap our dental practitioner for the world, she is absolutely brilliant.

9 month checkup

Just met my new dentist and what a nice guy, really thorough and patient. I asked a lot of questions and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff at Parkway are very nice and professional.

Only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seen after my arrival time. Professional and caring consultation as ever, x-rays taken as a precaution would be followed up if necessary.

Filling

I was acknowledged when I walked into the surgery, but when I left I said thank you, I wasn’t answered, the assistant had her back to me she didn’t acknowledge me, I then said is that all, the dentist said yes, I didn’t even know if I had to pay as it was a filling that was done four months ago, I asked the receptionist she said I didn’t have to pay as it was a filling that fell out previously. I left and was contacted on the way home and was told I had to pay.
