Well run and friendly

But I’m only too glad to give a review of very well run and friendly dentist always find somewhere to park. Appointments are generally on time because appointments work both ways you don’t want to be waiting too long in the dentist. I’m glad to see the screens have come down and made it more friendlier.

Dental check up

I arrived on time and did not have to wait. I do have one criticism is that there were staff sitting around in the reception area, who could be seeing patients.

Emergency appointment to fix broken tooth

Emergency appointment

My filling came out and so I phoned for an appointment as it was causing discomfort. I was given a prompt appointment. They x-rayed the tooth and extracted all the same day. Very efficient.

Parkway Dentalcare

Emelie was lovely. She explained everything well, was constantly reassuring me (I have a developing fear of all things dentist!) and took her time to listen/understand//support.
My teeth felt so much better afterwards and I now know going forward that I have little to worry about.
Thank you to Emelie and the team, my visit was not as uncomfortable as I had imagined or would be!
