Very personable and friendly. Informative (explains what they’re doing and why). Not patronising or judgemental about oral hygiene and doesn’t push products/services. Gives options and recommendations allowing the individual to make an informed decision.

I really cannot fault this practice.
The receptionists are really friendly and go out of their way to help. My dentist and hygienist have been amazing and I am very comfortable coming to this practice even though I am vey nervous. Well done to you all.

Polite and efficient

As a very nervous patient, I found treatment by Lloyd and his nurse excellent.
They put me at my ease and dealt with the treatment efficiently and effectively.
They explained the treatment I was to receive so that I could feel comfortable.
The reception staff are always polite and efficient and try hard to accommodate dates that are suitable for me.
Would highly recommend them.

Ms Khan did a difficult extraction painlessly and efficiently and gave detailed instructions about aftercare. She was as ever sympathetic and caring. The nurse in attendance was definitely the most sympathetic and kind that has ever attended to me.
