Clean environment, sufficient friendly efficient reception staff. My appointment was on time, no lengthy wait. Nice to see the same dentist again. In the past there seemed to have been a high turnover of dentists leaving once fully trained. Being treated as an intelligent patient and having my views on treatment proffered listened to and discussed is great. A previous appointment a few years ago left me feeling I was a nuisance having an opinion on what happened to my own body, such arrogance on his part. Appears change of ownership is all positive, good before but better now in my opinion.

First visit for 2 year old

I’ve been using this dentist for years and have always been happy, the reception staff, assistants and hygienist are lovely and my dentist is professional if not a little cold. I took my 2 year old daughter for the first time and the receptionist was lovely but the dentist didn’t do anything to try and put my daughter at ease. There was no warm up chat, explanation nothing and as you can imagine the visit didn’t go well. I’m not sure what I expected but I think a bit of a warmer bedside manner would have helped.

Pre-molar tooth extraction

Not a nice appointment in my diary but as usual dealt with very well by Parkway Dental. Nice welcome at reception and my dentist was working to time so just a brief wait. Tooth did not want to part company but it was very well dealt with by the really good team. I was well numbed so not painful at all and everything was well explained and calmly dealt with. Very grateful I am lucky enough to have such a good dentist. Many thanks.

I was seen at the time given and out in fifteen minutes with excellent aftercare advice and a n aftercare pack.
Chiarra moved my next check up date which is due soon as she was able to provide a check up at the time and I was on my way in good time.
