Parkway Dentalcare

All staff were polite and professional as usual. However also as usual I was kept waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time. (This being the low average ). Whilst I can understand some appointments may need the extra few minutes for valid reasons, this costs me a loss of earnings and it is every time.

Impressions for teeth whitening

When ever I visit Parkway dentist, I’m very happy with my treatments, be it a check up or a visit to the hygienist.
The receptionist are always helpful and friendly.
My main problem is when I phone, nobody answers, I can never get through on the phone. I’ve been told to email so I tried this and still got no reply. I worry if I have to cancel my appointment by phone I will not be able to do this and if it is with the hygienist I would be charged if I didn’t turn up, this is a big problem for me.

Renew filling

Not a great fan of having numbing injections due to previous experiences but this time with a newer dentist I did not feel the injection at all. I did make a comment to the dentist stating that he was the best numbing dentist ever. This has now left me not experiencing that dreading feeling of THAT injection.

I would recommend it to anyone

Excellent service and always a friendly welcome from staff both on reception and from the Dentist and her team. Hardly any waiting and superb treatment which one is informed about throughout the process. I like the fact (probably happens everywhere?) that your next appointment is e mailed through when you get home. I am not one, at my age, for all the new and, no doubt, brilliant services that are on offer i.e a date with a Hygienist (in my days the Dentist did the hygiene bit!) and have never had the `hard sell` to join a scheme or have this or that done-which is a relief and appreciated. This is an excellent, well run Dental Surgery with the bonus of a car park on site. I would recommend it to anyone that asks.

Lovely, welcoming and happy receptionist. Seen quite quickly. Treatment and problem areas outlined and discussed. Cleaning advise given and demonstrated. Very thorough.

Filling Tooth

As always a visit to Parkway never feels like a visit to the Dentist. Friendly efficiency everywhere and the impression given is that this is a happy place to work. Always satisfied with my treatment.

Excellent hygienist visit

The whole experience from arrival at reception through hygienist treatment to payment and appointment booking was excellent. Friendly, cheerful, helpful and informative care. I can't find any fault, thank you.

No treatment today

Dentist was unable to take tooth out today and impressions because of another broken tooth. She said cancel tomorrows appointment and we'll make another 2.

Excellent once contact has been made.

Despite the difficulty in making contact by phone, every other aspect of the service is excellent.

As always, excellent treatment at Parkway. Tudor and his assistant were both was friendly and professional and Tudor took care to listen carefully to all my questions and gave helpful and detailed answers.
Reception staff were also professional, friendly and welcoming.
