Fitted me in the same day which I appreciated as was in a lot of pain. Much friendlier staff on reception than in the past.

I was seen on time and dentist carried out a thorough review. X-ray also taken. Dentist and nurse assistant were very welcoming and reassuring.

Lower back tooth split

Excellent. Dentist removed broken part of tooth painlessly and put me on a course of antibiotics and arranged an appointment for a later date.

Absolutely amazing

I was having 2 molars extracted and had a funny turn during the procedure, my dentist and nurse were amazing, giving me a glucose drink and waiting til I was ready to continue, when the procedure was finished I was given another glucose drink, my dentist was happy to let me sit in the chair until I felt well enough to move, I wasn't rushed, my dentist and the staff were absolutely amazing, I can't thank them enough, even the reception staff were amazing, thank you so much, you know who you are and this meant so much to me as I was so embarrassed, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough, especially for people who have a fear of dentists.

I was happy with the dentist and the girls in reception, one more happy and cheerful than the other, but not happy with the way we ended up getting cancelled about 3 times then I get to the desk and have them tell me "well you have cancelled your appointment" I did nothing of the sort, it was done by you every time.
