Helped to feel comfortable
I was welcomed in as usual and helped to feel comfortable. Robyn took time to listen to my concern (I get anxious about the treatment due to high sensitivity). She and her assistant were caring and offered to stop whenever I felt uncomfortable.

A large chip on the top incisor
I was seen within two hours of the initial telephone call. Tudor reassured me and it can be fixed and discussed a treatment plan. Which will start in three weeks time. I wish it could've been sooner but I do appreciate how overworked dentists are at the moment. Tudor reassured me that I shouldn't worry that any more of the tooth will breaking off before it can be fixed. Tudor is a very likable and caring dentist and I would highly recommend him.

Parkway Dentalcare
Had a prescription written up. My name was spelt incorrectly and not dated. The reception team have been amazing but feel like I’ve been messed about by the dentist. Now not on the NHS list for my front tooth. And in a lot of pain and had to run around to get my prescription sorted. This issue with my tooth has been going on for four years, I’ve been very much let down by the dentist and broke down in tears. No sympathy in the room at all. The receptionist was brilliant! Both the girls were very patient with me and showed so much empathy.

Great dentist for nervous patient
My teeth are awful thanks to being so scared and not going for years. Tudor is very patient, kind and caring and is always as gentle as possible. I still don’t like going but happy that he is my dentist.

Great dentist.
This really has to be one of the best dentists around. Dentist and all staff are really lovely and the dentist explains everything to you. Appointments are always on time at a time to suit you with two evening evenings where it is open late. The dentist is very easy to talk to and are very good with nervous patients.
I feel very lucky to be able to go to Parkway dental care and confident with advice I am given.

Good dental care
I had an appointment today for a filling and a cap to be replaced. However, when it came to the replacement of my cap the root of my tooth was cracked and needed to be removed. I had the filling and removal of my root with gentle care and no pain.
