Best experience at a dentist

I came to see Jorge for the start of 5 treatments to have my teeth taken out and a plate being put in and was very worried. Once getting into the treatment room, I was made to feel at ease by Holly and Jorge. They were both very professional and showed amazing customer service in putting my mind at ease. So much so Holly was singing along to the radio which made me smile even while the treatment was on going. I couldn’t highly recommend Jorge and Holly enough.

Appointment

As always, I received lovely care with Georgia and his assistant today. Kept asking if I was ok during the time I was having work done and he made sure he did the job perfectly. I have always had nothing but positive experiences from all staff at Parkway. And always very prompt. They had only a short break the entire day and still provided a non rushed and lovely experience, although I would've been happy with waiting for them to have some more time for a break. My children have also been seen and any problems dealt with by Georgio and his assistant with nothing but kindness and patience.

My excellent hygienist

Robyn, my excellent hygienist and her assistant have an immaculate well equipped surgery. They are perfectionists and very pleasant. Today Robyn identified and verified by X-ray a filling requiring early attention which she referred to my dentist and ensured that an early appointment was scheduled.

Parkway Dentalcare - Emergency appointment

The treatment I received was excellent. The issue I experienced relates to the phone service and the fact the phone system cuts off callers after 5 minutes of waiting. I always struggle to get through on the telephone. I ended up visiting the practice to get an appointment to be told the phone system was down. There was no notification on your website. I sent an email the following day as advised by reception and I never received a reply.

Went in for a check up and I also had a broken tooth. The dentist explained everything and my options. He showed me detailed pictures. Superb service. Adrian will be missed when he leaves.
