Misinformed by practice
I was told when booking appointment earlier in the year I was just inside the time frame for NHS. I recently had a letter saying due to NHS spending cuts my appointment has been postponed. Now I am told I can only be private.

Just a check up
My scheduled appointment in July was cancelled by Parkway, they fitted this one in its place, possibly because I had a broken, but pain free filling. Seen on time and discussed filling necessity with dentist, mutually agreed to wait & see until next visit. He also suggested a "lump" on the back of my head should be checked over by my GP, I have been postponing this due to Covid etc.
Very pleased to report that it's not just about teeth.

Very good service, dentist and nurse do their best to put a very nervous patient at ease.
The receptionist very helpful and when booking a treatment for both myself and my wife worked hard at getting appointments back to back.

Started 10 minutes late but it was a pleasant stay talking with the receptionists.
Treated with care and compassion by the hygienist, Robyn Derrick and the assistant. Overall a very positive experience.

Great caring dental practice.

A very informative visit. I expected the usual clean and polish but was due a more comprehensive inspection. This highlighted the fact that my teeth will benefit from a more intensive daily cleaning routine which I will commence immediately.

Very pleased with the results
I have positive feedback for Carly - after explaining to her on my previous appointment I was nervous due to sensitivity, she was extra gentle, this time I walked in carefree and confident to see her again, she is by far the best hygienist I have seen that does the job in such a gentle method.
Very pleased with the results and never want to see another hygienist.
