Hygienist appointment following diagnosis of gum disease

Reception staff were very friendly. The Hygienist was very reassuring and kind in her manner of advising me how best to address my diagnosis. She continually checked that I was ok during my teeth clean and did not cause me any pain. She provided me with clear guidance and was not judgmental at all.

Honestly I’ve never had better service.
I came home from my holiday and needed to be seen, with no available appointments they went above and beyond to squeeze me in.

Emergency appointment

It was difficult to obtain an emergency appointment having to call each morning at 8am and hope for an appointment. I appreciate this is not the fault of the company but the wider industry. Once seen however the staff were courteous and the dentist knowledgeable.

My experience this time more than lived up to all previous occasions I have visited this surgery. The staff are friendly and care about me as an individual. They are professional, friendly and informative and always take the trouble to ensure the patients needs are met.
