Brilliant service

Brilliant service, should have been for my check up, but I had a problem with my gums, antibiotics prescribed and no charge as check up was unable to go ahead, check up booked on a future date.

Filling

My dentist Tudor Leandru was great as always. He always explains everything very clearly and made sure I understood the treatment needed. I was a bit nervous as I had had a bad experience in the past with a filling on the same tooth on the other side of my mouth but he put me at ease and completed the filling quickly and painlessly.

Regular check up

I really do not think you can improve the service that you provide, waiting is always kept to a minimum. Thank you everyone who makes my dental attendance a smooth experience. I appreciate the regular reminders of my forthcoming appointments.

I was late being called but both Robyn and the nurse apologised for the delay. I was treated courteously and informed of any treatment given.

Wonderful, caring and put me at ease

Saw Lloyd for filling, I am very nervous with dentist and Lloyd and his assistant were wonderful, caring and put me at ease, did not hurt at all. Would feel a lot better now going to see him and assistant.

New dentures being made.

I saw Lloyd Payne for my new dentures. 4 appointments one a week. Lloyd was always cheerful and courteous. Kept me informed as to what each step would be. Very pleased, get dentures next week.
