I have been coming to Parkway for about 25 years and have never had any reason to complain nicest people working there and the dentist I have been with all that time was so lovely but sadly retired. Today I had my check up with Simon , what can I say I had no need to be apprehensive what a lovely man feel so lucky to have had him doing my check up today. For me I feel having a dentist that you can trust and a practice with staff that are just so lovely is a massive thing. I feel very lucky to be seen by this practice.

Check up

Probably the worst check up I've ever had. The dentist didnt even lay me back in the chair and didn't fully check all of my teeth. The dentist was clearly in a rush for his lunch break.

As usual the practice was spotlessly clean, my appointment was on time, Robyn explained clearly to me what my treatment would involve, also throughout my treatment Robyn made sure I was comfortable with how I felt, I left feeling reassured.

Good service

I feel very grateful to still have access to an NHS dentist as I know many people are not able to. Session was very quick however felt the dentist did have a thorough look in my mouth and took ex rays as I’ve not had any done for awhile.
