Somewhat disappointed by the ‘welcome and good bye’.
Sadly very little eye contact and certainly not a warm welcome… no smile in sight by lady of the left of the counter.
I have been coming here since it first opened and have always had a warm welcome by a receptionist who smiled and paid attention to who they were talking to.
Sadly not the case today - even had to ask if my new appointment would be sent to me as no prompt by her whatsoever and certainly no farewell smile or even a verbal goodbye.
Extremely disappointed.

The practice sent an e-mail a while ago asking that we e-mail for appointments when phones were busy. I had to on Sunday, filling broke off leaving jagged piece cutting my tongue. Monday 8:45 they phoned, arranged an afternoon appointment, I attended, sorted. Happy bunny. Tongue healing.

Best Practice Ever
This is the best dental practice there is … Fact! My Hygienist Carly LeGallais is amazing, so professional personable and caring, has such an amazing memory and makes you feel cared for. Always a pleasant experience indeed. Her assistant was amazing too and the receptionists are always so friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended!
