I had a routine check-up and a gum X-ray. He said the results are quick and would let me know the results. As I was getting in my car he came up and said that the X-ray was all good. Now that was quick and he did not have to do that.

I tried for 2 days to get through on the phone at 8 am to book an emergency appointment with no luck (not great and the message sounds suggest you are in a queue then get taken back to the original message saying lines are busy). I emailed instead and got a very speedy response and also the option of an appointment same day (very good).

Review of recent filling
I had a filling in Octobe 2022. After a period of time, I started to experience discomfort if crunchy food was chewed in that area. I consulted my dentist who asked me to attend for an inspection/review which I did. An inspection was made and an xray taken. No problem was found but Lloyd Payne noted that an upper tooth was set at an angle, making a cusp more prominent. His suggestion was to file that back - which he did.
I am perfectly satisfied with the inspection, the suggested treatment and the treatment.
