Seen on time

Seen on time and inspection carried out with no problems. Staff are always polite and friendly and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I suffer with positional vertigo and this is always taken into account when arranging the position of the chair.

Fitting of crown

Treatment was excellent with a lot of care taken even though tooth to be crowned at the back of my mouth. Excellent. However initial decision regarding affected tooth was made in July 2022 and paid for. Because of retirement of initial practitioner accounts for delay in dealing with the problem. However in the end, the result is very good. For the reason for the delay is because of the poor rating below for the appointment waiting time. Normally no problem at all.

NHS check up

Dr Rogers was very warm and calm. He explained to us that our dentist had retired but they were yet to replace with the perfect dentist. Explanation appreciated as 0 comms were made about my previous dentist leaving. Very friendly and helpful with myself and daughter.

Absolutely lovely dentist, my little boy had been put off of the dentist because of having a tooth removed this dentist was absolutely lovely and thorough and told us exactly what was going on.

All good. Tudor was as always very good. Thank you. There was though no available toilet for patients which was surprising. This meant my husband had to drive off to find one. Surely in an emergency the staff toilet should have been made available.

Friendly staff

Friendly staff on arrival, was running slightly behind appointment time but the dentist apologised when I went in. The dentist told me his name etc and talked me through what he was doing/checking for. Friendly staff when paying.
