I can't recommend them enough!

Parkway Dentalcare is a phenomenal practice. They are always friendly and go the extra mile for their patients. I attended a hygiene appointment today with Emily, she was very gentle and explained the whole process with me.

My partner is neurodivergent and we have found staff to be nothing less than accommodating and reassuring. I can't recommend them enough!

It was fantastic to find an NHS dentist taking on patients. The appointment went well. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable by the dentist and dental nurse. Wait to go in was short. I enjoyed my check-up appointment. Both the dentist and his assistant were very welcoming and assuring. We had a good chat about teeth and life in general. Waiting time gets 4 stars because you need some a/c equipment. 0 stars for treatment because I had none. 0 for recommendation because it is not my business to do so.

Normal check up.

I find the service from some reception staff lacking. There were three in reception, one barely doing anything, the other doing nothing yet there are boxes that are an eyesight, handbags untidy. There was a lovely breeze but because the stand fell over the staff closed the windows rather than move the sign and when I suggested moving the sign and re opening windows she opened the windows ever so slightly and didn’t move the sign. I find booking an appointment once one is cancelled really hard work. My actual check up was 4 minutes maximum, I did decline X-rays but I feel more could be done for £47. They could remove some of the said plaque and still have profit.
