I'm due to have a root canal in a month after a dentist appointment on Monday 19th that was arranged, no treatment was given at that time.
Since Monday I have had toothache.
Today, Friday, I had another emergency appointment as the pain was unbearable, the dentist did a repair & gave me antibiotics.

Courteous and caring reception by the administrative and dental staff is valued and appreciated and I believe that at Parkway I receive the best dental care available.

Today I attended surgery to have my baby tooth removed as per my previous dentist at this practice . My new dentist at this practice told me I did not need any teeth removing which was very honest , and also a big relief to me

Very happy with the treatment

I was very happy with the treatment provided, the hygienist and her assistant were very friendly.
I was advised of a treatment plan going forward and my initial treatment didn't cause any discomfort.

Excellent service

The receptionists are always prompt in dealing with the administration, courteous and friendly. My dental appointment was on time with someone I had not met before. He greeted me at the door which helped me relax. Whilst conducting the check-up he asked me questions about my hygiene and dental care, and confirmed at the end that I was looking after my teeth.

We are with your dental plan, pay by direct debit but your receptionist still tries to charge us, no problem, believe she needs to update your records, thanks.

Tooth Extraction

Had crown removed today as tooth under the crown had become infected, my usual dentist had retired so was seen and treated by Lloyd Payne, was a little bit apprehensive as had my dentist for many years but didn’t need to. Lloyd was brilliant, made me feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair.

I may be unusual but really look forward to my hygienist appointment. Carly was great. Gave good advice and I came away with cleaner teeth and gums and useful pointers on how I can improve my brushing.
