Came in for a small procedure today .. didn’t see my own dentist as he was off sick! However, I saw another dentist (on time) which was very helpful and very accommodating! Took my concerns on board and provided me with the most needed reassurance! She explained the prognosis very clearly and professionally but also was very friendly with a warm smile. The nurse was very helpful and worked professionally as a team member. Thank you team.

New patient.
So far I have found all members of staff friendly and very helpful.
Busy practice yet they have been able to accommodate my needs.
Hit upon a problem with my impression being damaged after leaving the surgery.
Called me straight in to take another and rearrange fitting date for crown.
No complaints from me only praises to date.

Difficult filling.
I had a filling on the back of a tooth at the back of my mouth, he thought it might be a bit tricky so I had a painkiller injection first. It went very well and it was all done and dusted in a few minutes.

Excellent Dental Practice
I have been using this dentist for many years now and have never had any reason to complain. I now have a condition which makes it impossible to keep my head still. They are very patient with me and don’t complain about me causing problems for them. Nor have they refused to see me. Excellent surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Can't fault the service and treatment and politeness of the staff and the wonderful dentist who kindly explained what was happening, what to do afterwards and answer my queries. My only complaint is that I had spent five weeks with a raging tooth and headache (I really thought not to ring for an appointment as they might be too busy or catching up after covid or had struck me off after 3 years of what used to be regular attendances and them cancelling several check ups) so to see the dentist who decided I required two teeth extracted I wasn`t too please to know tooth one would be arranged for two weeks ahead and the another the first week in January 2023, not a great way to enjoy Christmas, surely this could have been arranged earlier? but......terrific staff, lovely venue, friendly welcome -couldn`t fault that a bit but the toothache for another three weeks is frustrating!
