Fantastic bunch of people

What a fantastic bunch of people you have at your practice. I get high anxiety when I visit the dentist and I force myself to visit every time. But I need to have my tooth removed and asked for this to be done under sedation and with no hesitation. When I came in for my appointment I felt so welcomed and made to try and feel at ease. Sedation was the absolute right choice for me. I have zero recollection of about 4 hours of my day. My mum who escorted me couldn’t praise everyone high enough.
Thank you for understanding my anxiety and not making me feel like it’s all in my head.

I was seen on time and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Check-up went well and treatment was suggested - one filling - and an appointment was made.

I have a new dentist as mine has retired, found Mr Rogers, a very patient, understanding and very good dentist whom I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Attentive and considerate

Mr Cottrell was my dentist for several years, I was quite disappointed he had retired. I saw Simon today and found him to be very informative, attentive and considerate. Only a shame he is there temporarily.

All fine except that the radio was too loud and the station too obtrusive. I believe that patients need to be calm prior to seeing the dentist, but the radio noise was too much. Good experience otherwise

Dentists were brilliant

I was really in pain and received an emergency appointment immediately on the same day. The dentists were brilliant I was expecting just to be given antibiotics but the dentist offered to clean the infection and remove the broken tooth which eased the pain a lot and then prescribed antibiotics.
Altogether very good service, please carry on this way.

I met my dentist for the first time today as my dentist had retired, I felt very much at ease with him, he explained thoroughly what treatment was best for my teeth, everyone at the practice smiled & said good morning makes such a difference when attending a dentist. Well done Parkway.
