New hygiene machine - wow
Having just completed my second treatment with the new hygiene machine, I must say WOW.
Robin as always is amazing but this machine takes it to another level.
The process is much less painful and more effective with my gums are getting better much quicker then manually.
Thank you so much Robin and Parkway for introducing this amazing machine.

I can't fault it. I arrived in good time for my 08.45 appointment, so was invited into surgery punctually. It was the standard check up I had been watching on the massive screen outside. My opinions and preferences were listened to in a friendly approachable way. I didn't need to opt for unnecessary extras. So I was out within 15 minutes; hopefully no problems during the next 6 months

Dentist running 30 minutes late!!!
Double standards - dentist running behind in appointments for my mums appointment at 4:15 went in at 4:39. No apology.
When I was late by 7 minutes and had to wait 4 minutes to be seen by receptionist due to queue I was refused treatment. Even though I explained I was slightly delayed due to taking home a colleague as she was too unwell to travel home on public transport and it was on my way if I used the A259 from Chichester instead of A27. Like I said double standards and poor client care.
