Amazing Hygienist

Always nervous but was extra nervous as normal hygienist on maternity leave. Carly and her assistant were amazing and put me at ease straight away with their friendly manner and explained everything clearly on what they were doing and kept stopping to make sure I was comfortable with what they were doing, thank you Carly.

It was good to meet a new dentist. I am sorry not to have been able to say goodbye to Mr Cotteral as he has been taking care of me for many years and before that my husband. I have always felt confident with all his treatments. I wish him a very happy retirement.

Refixing crown

I was seen on time and dentist was very thorough. She explained the difficulty and risks in refixing crown but was successful. She ensured that I understood the fix may only be temporary and advised me of the alternatives. I was very happy with outcome.
