On time appointment with friendly and relaxed clinical staff. Only issue was hearing the reception staff at the counter when paying/rebooking due to perspex barrier and background chatter from staff congregating in that area.

Always feel at ease

I've always been very anxious about going to the dentist after bad experience when I was a child. Since coming to Parkway I no longer get anxious. I know my dentist is going to make sure I'm comfortable and have no pain and will stop when needed.
I've recently come in for prep for a crown and it was fine. I was numbed thoroughly and was checked on throughout.

Cleaning, Polishing and Hygiene Treatment

As always Robyn and her dental assistant welcome me and make sure I'm comfortable before undertaking any hygiene treatment. They follow the protocols of checking my medical history and any changes since my last appointment, whether I am continuing to follow the recommended cleaning programme and during the procedures they regularly stop and check that I'm ok before continuing. I have every confidence in their professional skills.
