Almost painless
Robyn is always as gentle with me as she can be but gum disease and extreme teeth sensitivity make my hygiene visits a very unpleasant experience.
Today she offered to use a new machine (gbt?) which uses more water but is better for people with conditions like mine. It does cost a little bit extra but well worth it. I almost felt nothing other than slightly uncomfortable but that was more from the guard in place to keep lips out of the way. I didn’t notice the extra water, there felt like less than the other machine.
The extra cost was a small price to pay to not be jumping around in the chair every time I feel pain in my sensitive teeth. Also at not having to manually unclench my fingers from each other at the end of the appointment.

The new EMS Hygiene system is so much more comfortable and provides a deeper clean. I am really pleased with the outcome and the professional way the equipment was operated. This must be the way forward in this highly technical environment

Hygiene Appointment
This the first time I have had the new EMS treatment. It is more comfortable treatment and I believe well worth the extra expense. Robyn was an excellent technician of this method.

Extraction of troublesome tooth.

I've been going to Michael for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I'm a really nervous patient but he is so good and puts me at ease. Everyone in the surgery are very friendly too.
