Mr Cotterell was very helpful in advising me in my next step toward getting dentures. He has directed me to. Dental technician who he deals with and sounded very confident about treatment I might receive.

Very friendly receptionist, quick service, a few people not wearing masks when we were advised it must still be adhered to.

This is for my yearly checkup.

My appointment was booked in for 10am. After arriving 5 minutes early I was asked to take a seat. I wasn't told the appointment times were running late however I was sat there until 10:15 before called. Looking around during the 15 minutes I could see the receptionist was on her phone and I felt a little disappointed that no one was keeping me informed about the wait time. As this was a private treatment I am paying a premium and therefore expect better service.

Having broken my tooth on Saturday evening I thought I would have to wait a few days for an appointment. However, I rang the surgery at 8am Monday and was seen at 12 when the broken part was removed and a temporary filling installed. I have my next appointment in two weeks to do the prep for a crown. Highly efficient and professional service as always.

Hello, I don’t usually respond to these, particularly not negatively so I’m really sorry if this comes across negative. But it was my little boys very first appointment today, and we prepared him for it and he was very excited. I was quite disappointed that neither is the two ladies knowledged him walking in (he’s 4 years old), both their backs were turned as we walked in, they barely said hello to him. I told him and showed him the big chair and reassured him when opening his mouth etc. he was fine, but I was expecting them to interact with him (especially as I told them it was his first appointment). Unfortunately there wasn’t any communication or interaction between the ladies and my little boy, (other than, ‘right down you get’ at the end) and in honesty it made me really sad. I am sorry for this coming across negatice, as I’ve never had issues with parkway, Lloyd was absolutely amazing with my eldest and both myself and my partner, but I was certainly assuming there would be some level of interaction today especially with my 4 year old boys first appointment. I hope this feedback may help them improve their communication, even with just saying hello how are you, greeting them coming into the room better and maybe looking at them when patients are in the room and with little ones, maybe guide them with what they need to do and not leave that to the parent. I feel that the ongoing treatment I am currently receiving from Ciaria is managed in a very professional, informative, understanding manner. Clearly explained and helpful.

Everything went according to plan. Appointment was on time and still have a mask awareness in the surgery. I would say very caring and considerate of others as well as their staff. Staff as friendly and helpful as ever.

After a long time due to being nervous, I attended for a check up....my new dentist, who was very kind, efficient and informative...plus...very importantly, he listened! A broken tooth issue and gap from extraction a few years ago now being addressed...…hopefully I will be reassured and regain some confidence in the future...…It would be great to have found a good dentist, and even better if he stays at the practice ! Thank you.
