Called in to the practice after a weekend of pain, was seen within 15mins, examined and appropriate action taken. Excellent service.

After a long time, due to being nervous, I attended for a check up....my new dentist, Tudor, was very kind, efficient and informative...plus...very importantly, he listened! A broken tooth issue and gap from extraction a few years ago now being addressed...…hopefully I will be reassured and regain some confidence in the future...…It would be great to have found a good dentist, and even better if he stays at the practice !

I had a very good appointment with the hygienist today, she listened to my concerns and suggested I tried the new to the practice Biofilm therapy as I have very sensitive teeth.
I must say it’s a lot less painful and my teeth feel very clean. I would recommend it.

This really has to be the best practice around. All members of staff are so polite and caring and I am so grateful to have them as my dentist.
The treatment I have received is outstanding and the dentist I have is so easy to talk to and takes time to listen.

I had a pain in my gum and it was swollen I thought it was an abscess, rung the dentist and no answer left a message to ring me back which they did within 5 minutes, answered a few questions and got an appointment later that day, saw Lloyd and it was gum disease abscess which can be treated with antibiotics, excellent service, very happy with this dentist, clean tidy couldn’t ask for more.

Arrived at the practice and didnt have to wait very long at all after checking in on the online portal, not even 5 minutes.
I was seen by Chiara Loreti, who seemed very kind and patient.
I have had life long anxiety and processing issues which I have often masked. Recently I discovered I am likely Autistic, which explains why arriving at a new place to meet new people, to potentially do new procedures needed for my dental care, can be stressful and anxiety inducing. Let alone removing my mask extremely close to a stranger for the first time in 3 years. I was very much put at ease though by the whole process as well as the care of Chiara Loreti.
Both the people in the room with me wore masks.
The window in the room was also open so there was good ventilation and I very much appreciated this.
I have less anxiety about attending the service now for my upcoming appointments, especially as I now know it will be with the same person. 'Change' and unknowns can be a trigger for me with anxiety, so receiving confirmation well in advance by email about who I will be seeing really helps.
An excellent first impression.
