Having a filling
My dentist knows how nervous I am and I was booked for repair of two broken teeth and a filling. All in all, 3 fillings at once. I am so pleased about how the practice make nervous people feel so at ease. I have had nothing but bad experiences with previous dental treatments elsewhere but at Parkway, they are amazing and I would highly recommend them.

6 month checkup
The whole system works very well from filling out forms online before my appointment. The dentist and nurse very friendly and put me at ease. I am very nervous of the dentist, check up done quickly, another 6 months appointment booked and out in 15mins.

Appointment times are right on time, people at the help desk are friendly and helpful. The dentist I keep seeing is a star, making me rest assured throughout the entire process, telling me how long something will take as someone who fears dentists, and has a bad gag reflex, it’s always helpful to clench my fist and count down the seconds! All I can say really is that every time I went I had a great experience. Though one time I was 5m late due to big traffic and on the paper it stated ‘if you are over 10m late..’ and was still sent home I felt a bit disappointed as I get worked up about seeing the dentist all week.. nonetheless a great experience!
