My dentist takes the time to explain the treatment, and talks me through everything he is doing. I cant say I like the dentist but am certainly glad I have the dentist I do !

I have attended this practice for some years and been very pleased, so concerned to feel that my treatment was less than expected. I needed repair to broken tooth and was asked if I really wanted a filling ! which was done in five minutes. I need an extraction and due to blood thinners / heart was to be referred to a hospital. Two weeks later still not happened, dentist forgot to do the referral. I am still waiting with toothache and an x-ray showing infection. I'm sure it will come through soon but I am concerned.

Very satisfied with my Routine Check Up appointment - reception welcomed me straight away, waiting area was clean and plenty of seating / space. Was called for my appointment promptly. Check up carried out expediently. Treatment required discussed. Booking of next appointment straight forward and not too far into the future. Payment and admin executed effectively.
