Had my preparation done for my bridge for two weeks time and also my chipped tooth. He was friendly and very thorough, took x-rays and made sure that I was comfortable. Always puts me at ease and lets me know what’s going on.

Both the inspection and subsequent treatment were carried out with minimum of fuss, with each step being explained in a clear and easy to understand manner.

Parkway Lights The Way
Words like 'Wonderful Customer Service', 'Wonderful Staff', and 'Excellent Clinical Outcomes' are sometimes overused. Yet, they are all accurate descriptions of the patient experience at Parkway.
The reception and assisting staff are bright and alert and treat patients as individuals. You never feel 'processed'.
Mr Cottrrel is calmly assuring, soothing and gentle. He always keeps you informed of what is happening and what will happen. He is a delight to meet each and every time.
Emelie De La Hunty is also an outstanding clinician. She is gentle and provides appropriate encouragement, when things may be more awkward in the care she is providing. Emelie is gentle and kind.
When treatment is needed, I have never had any fear or trepidation. I just know that I will be looked after and made as comfortable as possible.
Parkway is the best dental practice I have come acoss in 64 years.

Pleasant experience which established what damage had been caused and what could be done about it. Realistic assessment of options available to me on which I made a decision to set up a gum guard at night to avoid grinding my teeth. Later appointment set up for the fitting.

I have just visited Parkway Dental Care following a problem with a large filling in an upper tooth.This had caused me a lot of pain, not only in the mouth, but in the area of my ear. I saw a dentist called Diego Ward who was really nice, professional, polite and understanding, he put a temporary dressing on the tooth until I see my regular dentist for a more permanent treatment. I should also mention Hunney the lead dental nurse who was actually. working on reception at 8 AM when I booked the appointment. She is very conscientious, taking the time and bother to arrange with Diego later in the day, as I was still in pain for me to be prescribed antibiotics, which I subsequently collected the prescription for, from her at 7.15 pm the same day, so that's very much appreciated and thank you.
