It took multiple times to get through to book an appointment as I had an issue with a wisdom tooth and booked an appointment for 2 weeks time. The wait time wasn't ideal but I appreciated how many patients there are to accommodate. However, I arrived today to find that there was no record of my appointment. The reception team were brilliant and spoke to the dentist who squeezed me in. They were extremely helpful. The dentist and nurse I saw were also brilliant. An X-ray was quickly taken and time was spent talking through the problem. They were very understanding of my worries.

Mr Cotteril is a superstar, he has just capped one of my teeth with a crown. Normally I am a mega coward regarding dentists but with Mr C, no pain, lots of gain!

Called at 0830hrs this morning as I thought I'd lost part of a tooth. Parkway got me in at 1055hrs, I saw Mr Leandru who had a look and explained it was only half of my filling that had come out. He then carried out all remedial work there and then, replacing the filling! All over by 1115hrs! Fantastic surgery, friendly and helpful receptionists and excellent service.

Extremely reassured
I attended an emergency appointment today for a broken tooth. I was fortunate to have my usual Dentist Tudor Leandru. I really appreciated Dr Tudor’s advice to provide a solution to my problem; he was understanding, diligent and extremely professional throughout the appointment and fully explained the treatment options available to me. I left extremely reassured and look forward to getting my treatment completed next month. I would certainly recommend Dr Tudor and Parkway Dentalcare's practice.

I called your reception and explained I was in extreme pain all over my mouth, head and neck obviously caused by an infection on a tooth. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding as I was already in a state of panic because my Dentist - Tom Miller no longer worked there.
I was immediately given an appointment to see a dentist within a couple of hours.
The dentist I saw called Tudor was very understanding of my nervousness and recommended antibiotics straight away.

Been coming to this surgery since I was a kid so I have nothing to compare it to.
Always been happy with the service and apart from the odd tooth out, mainly had check ups.
That was until this week when I had toothache. Men if you think manflu is bad this was 10 times worse. At least with manflu you can lie there dying while your missus runs around, toothache? You're own your own son. Luckily my Florence Nightingale was there to help. Thank you Chiara, from agony to ecstasy in 15 minutes. 😃
