Spared no effort
Despite reservations about having this sort of treatment, the whole experience was a positive one. The dentist Mr Cottrell and his assistant made me comfortable, explained each step, and spared no effort in achieving a good outcome. My tooth has settled down nicely and I have taken another positive step toward improved oral health. I'm pleased to be registered with Parkway, and I have complete trust in their advice and judgement regarding my overall dental health.

Quick and painless
It was quick and painless, Mr Coterell explained everything very clearly and was aware of my slight fear of dental procedures but kept me calm.

I can never criticise the approach to the process and treatment. I find the screen and masks at reception make it hard to hear what’s being said. There does not seem to be a lot of joy or happiness in the practice though! Not a criticism just an observation! Huge thanks to Tory for sorting out various things for me.

Really friendly
I needed an emergency appointment for an infection. It took a few attempts to get but the staff were all really friendly and Tudor as always is a lovely dentist who makes it a little bit less scary.

The whole experience was very good I was put at my ease before the treatment began, and given an explanation of what was going to happen. Once the filling was completed I was then given a general clean-up of my teeth.

I had a tooth extracted yesterday. The procedure had been delayed due to recent surgery IT problems. Fortunately the surgeon had already carried out a temporary remedy to cure the nerve pain. The extraction proceeded in an exemplary manner with no pain or subsequent discomfort. I cannot praise my treatment high enough.
