A thorough check-up that confirmed I had no tooth or gum problems and recommended annual rather than 6 monthly checks in future. Very pleased!

Old info on appointment confirmation emails
Advised on email had choice of staying in car or waiting in surgery, when phoned the given number it was engaged continuously but left messa, after appointment time came and went, went into counter where told the message no longer applied and the phone now obsolete.

I had an appointment with Chiara today, having been kindly fitted in at short notice because of a lost filling. The admin side of the appointment was efficient and courteous. Chiara and her dental nurse were very helpful and professional both in their discussion about the problem and the proficient treatment she gave me. I was very pleased and grateful for their care and consideration of me. The surgery was spotlessly clean, well-ventilated and well organised, and they were rigorous about their masking procedure. This was NHS treatment and the fee was minimal. It seemed to me that they were having a gruelling working day, with a relentlessness about the workload and pressures, which must be sapping. Like many parts of healthcare, the pandemic has exacerbated a tough working life for dentists like her, and it is hard to see how those kind of daily pressures can be sustained in the longer term. I feel very grateful to her for her expertise and commitment.

Most Professional and personable! A*
Yet again excelled in all respects. The reception staff called to fill a cancelled appointment and bring my appointment forward in the day a seamless evolution, very professional young ladies in reception. Warm heated, efficient and effective.
Emelie De La Hunty, is the most professional and personable Hygienist I have ever known, she is so knowledgeable, intelligent and caring. It’s a privilege to have her as my Hygienist. Her memory, intelligence and caring is glaringly obvious, she always picks right up from the conversation of three or six months prior. An absolute asset to the practice, such a kind caring Lady. I highly recommend her to anyone requiring hygienist services, or intelligent conversation!

I had an inspection, was treated at the appointed time, had a thorough inspection and was completely satisfied of the outcome.
I have been a patient of this Practice since 1957 when it was operated by Mr Osmond-Smith in a small cottage in West Street and have been with Dr Cotterill ever since he took over the Practice. During that time I have always been completely satisfied with the treatment. Thank you very much.

Robyn gave me my six monthly MOT today, it was a pleasure. The practice was as bright and welcoming as ever, Robyn gave me a good check over then did a detailed clean of the difficult to reach bits. Great advice rounded off a pleasant visit.

Service when you get to see the hygienist or dentist is great. Unfortunately the surgery cancel almost every appointment. I now feel like it is only my appointments that are cancelled as it is virtually every one.
