Been coming for many years but think they are becoming more commercial
I have been using Parkway for many years and all of my family are patients too, never had an issue with them, always professional.
If looking for areas of constructive feedback, whilst I recognise there can be delays to appointments these need to be communicated to the patient. I have also noticed over recent visits that there is a push to use the hygienist for a scale and polish despite this being part of the band 1 fee - I understand 'if deemed necessary' it will be undertaken at appointment, but if not necessary why refer me to use the hygienist? Surely this is preventative treatment?
On a recent visit I was also told about teeth whitening and alignment, I left feeling I'd been in a sales pitch meeting.
To reiterate though, this does not detract from what is a professional team, with very clean and hygienic facilities who I would happily recommend.
