Replacement Filling

A year or so ago, I lost a filling. Due to the pandemic its was not possible to get an appointment. The dentist I saw was extremely professional - as to be expected - and discussed the treatment plan. He was very reassuring though this relatively simple procedure.

Excellent Treatment

Scale and polish

Robyn (as always) has been very amazing. She was very caring. She tailored the most appropriate advice to my care regime and need. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and worries. So thank you Robyn and obviously her lovely and sweet nurse Hunny.

Toothache fixed same day

Had a bad toothache and they gave me an appointment for a few hours later. Had to have it pulled and given antibiotics. Well done Parkway. Many Thanks for prompt service.

Was able to get an emergency appointment for the same day, waiting time was short even with being short staffed, dentist was very professional and nice, worked out the problem in no time.

Hygiene

Robyn provides a thorough cleaning regime which is focussed on my individual needs with regards to my implants.
My experience is that not all hygienists provide such a high standard and I value the service I receive from Robyn.
