Attended the surgery today after getting an emergency slot to have one of my teeth removed. Got the job done as quickly and efficiently albeit some pain with the anesthetic jabs which had to be administered. My only comment would be trying to get through to the surgery which I tried several times over two days but Lloyd came through after hours having sent an email. Thank you.

Good service during a difficult time (Covid)
From making the appointment to arriving and the subsequent treatment, all satisfactory. Lloyd was polite and professional and explained the extra treatment I and my wife require in our next appointment. He also appears to have a great memory with regards to our travel arrangements two years ago (pre covid). All in all we were both happy with the treatment and service today.

I arrived on time for my appointment and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The dentist and nurse were friendly and courteous and answered all my questions. The reception staff were friendly and helpful too. It was only a check-up so not much happened but overall a pleasant experience.
