I was seen on time. The dentist was thorough, pleasant and explained everything clearly. All Covid protocols observed. Premises immaculately clean, friendly helpful reception staff.

Hygienist visit

Everything went really smoothly today despite my anxieties. Treatment was very quick but mainly because I really struggle to sit through the session. I am really grateful that Robyn is so patient with me and tries to be as quick as she can!

Checkup

Conditions of protection against infection are really good and disciplines in the surgery are also good. Reception is efficient and pleasant to deal with. However, I phoned in from my car to announce my arrival (on the mobile no. required) and said I wished to stay in my car, I gave my car description and car no. I waited and it appeared that the message I left did not get passed on to the dentist's assistant who came out into the car park asking everyone there is they were Mrs. Treadwell. It appears that the communication between teams is not as good as it could be.
