Timely, personal, efficient.
With the stress on NHS given you are allocated 20 mins for checkup - can minor remedial work fizz filling be done at first point of contact to minimise disruption and need to book further appointments - ie efficiency improvement for practice and patient.

Great Service Received

Attended my emergency appointment this afternoon. Dentist quickly identified the issue and an immediate plan put in place to solve the issue. The dentist carried out interim work, which means I'm back to being pain-free. Can't thank the surgery enough.

Hygienist appointment

I am not a fan of having my teeth cleaned and have very sensitive teeth, but Robyn was gentle and kind with me and stopped regularly to let me take a breath.

Professional and caring dentist

On arrival in the dental room I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Having problems with my bone density and and loose teeth my dentist and her assistant took the time to X-ray and explain what was happening. I understood completely what was being said to me and felt confident in the care and advice I was given.

Staff and service at this practice is second to none, and highly recommended - friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you all. However my experience with your phone system is dreadful - on several occasions have waited for up to 15 minutes, constantly being told I'm second or third in line, then given up, yet when sitting in the waiting area of the surgery the phone hardly ever seems to ring. PLEASE can you address this obvious failing in your otherwise great service. Thank you

Pleased with the outcome

Haven’t seen Chiara before or visited the dentists since pre-pandemic. Spotlessly clean; only my daughter and I in the waiting room. Plenty of hand gel and the reception staff were behind screens and also wearing a mask. Thorough check-up and pleased with the outcome.

Exactly according to plan

Everything worked exactly according to plan, I had completed the forms ahead of the appointment which seemed to work well. The waiting room had chairs well spaced out and I was readily booked in, seen on time and left very soon afterwards with my next appointment.
