There were 2 receptionist on duty on my visit, the older lady was very polite and pleasant, but I felt the younger girl was quite curt and bordering on rude.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. All of my questions were answered with care. Everything was explained to me before being done and the dentist fixed something which has been bugging me for ages! I used to feel pretty anxious about dentist appointments after some bad experiences with a previous dental surgery but since transferring to Parkway my anxiety has gone. The staff are so friendly and relaxed that you can't help but feel at ease.

The whole experience at Parkway has been very good. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors.
My extractions, although probably not easy were handled quickly, painlessly and everything was explained.
Also the dentures are excellent.

Teeth removed
I had 2 teeth removed today and this went really well. I am a nervous patient but my dentist is always very good at making me feel calm. His assistant today was also great and both were considerate and understanding. I did not wait long to be seen and the receptionists were also very friendly. However I did have to wait a long time (6 weeks) to get an appointment to have my teeth taken out.

Crown refitted and check up
I was expecting the getting in to the surgery to be similar to visit last April but it was different. The e-mail mentioned phoning a number on arrival which I did but could not hear the reply. Tried several times and heard a faint message to leave a message which I did. A few minutes before the appointed time I tried the door and walked in to find people inside waiting so waited and was seen promptly and all went well. E-mail mentioned a temperature check but none done. Sanitizer near entrance door looked possibly empty so used my own. Later I noticed sanitizer near counter. E-mail indicated exiting by different door but it seemed that no longer applied.
