Friendly and professional service at all times
The reception staff always raise a smile and are patient and professional whilst maintaining an air of friendliness. The other staff are always great too. I feel valued and listened to. The dentist and hygienist that I see always take time to give advice on all areas of care and do not rush you out of the door.

The dentist as always was gentle, polite and caring. The only negative thing I can say was the receptionist didn’t come across as particularly friendly, she never smiled once nor made eye contact, I have seen her before and she was the same then.

Amazing treatment.
My appointment was for 0910, I arrived a couple of minutes before. Receptionist immediately found my appointment details and invited me to take a seat in the pleasant waiting room. The video playing on the widescreen tv (teeth whitening) is not for the squeamish.
I was called into the treatment room promptly and Mr Cottrell at once set about my procedure starting with a painless anaesthetic injection. The treatment was to be a rebuild of a chipped tooth including implanting support pins. The job was completed with little or no discomfort and Mr Cottrell explaining the various stages as they happened. Special mention of the attending nurse operating the sucker. Best ever! No half gagging on water trickling into the back of my throat at any time.
If Carlsberg did dentistry it would be like this!

I had a routine check up today and also needed an extraction. I am a nervous patient but my dentist is lovely, he explains everything and is very calm and gentle. I would recommend Parkway dental to anyone that wants a high quality practice that provides excellent professionalism from all staff.
